Murphy is our lovable goof—big, strong, and full of personality. He’s easygoing, affectionate, and always happy to be by your side. Polly is his perfect match: sleek, elegant, and athletic, with a sharp mind and a strong hunting instinct. She’s graceful in the ring but all business on the trail.
Together, they complement each other beautifully, producing puppies with balanced temperaments, excellent structure, and the classic Ridgeback blend of loyalty, intelligence, and drive.
Most of the puppies have now gone off to their new homes, and the house feels a little quieter. Just one boy remains—our fun and adventurous Mr. Green, also known as Grillmark. He is playful, confident, and always up for exploring something new.
Grillmark loves people and is ready to bring his big personality to a family of his own. He is fully weaned, well-socialized, and ready to go home today to the right loving home. He is going to be a Giant just like his Daddy
Week 9
The puppies are eight weeks old and ready for their next adventure. Over the past two months we have watched them grow from tiny newborns into playful, confident, and curious Ridgebacks. They are eating well, exploring with enthusiasm, and enjoying every bit of socialization.
This week the puppies will head off to their forever homes in Georgia, Kansas, New Jersey, and Florida. It is always bittersweet to see them go, but we are so excited for the joy they will bring their new families.
At this time, one sweet boy, Mr. Green, is still available and waiting for the right home.
Week 8
The puppies are seven weeks old and growing fast. They are eating well, playing hard, and getting braver every day. This week has been all about socialization, and they are doing wonderfully.
They have visited Lowe’s, where they enjoyed all the new sights and sounds. At home they are spending time with our chickens as well as both our large and small dogs, learning how to interact politely with animals of all sizes. Their confidence is shining, and each puppy is showing a fun, unique personality. Two boys are still available.
Week 7
The puppies are six weeks old and full of energy and personality. They are thriving on soaked kibble and love their outdoor play sessions, racing, tumbling, and exploring with confidence. Socialization is in full swing as they get used to new sights, sounds, and people.
This week they will get their first vaccines. Then they will start short, safe trips in a crate or carrier, to experience new environments like Lowe’s and other places. Their personalities are shining brighter each day. Some are bold and adventurous while others are more laid back and cuddly.
At this time, just two of our handsome boys remain available to the right homes.
Week 6
The puppies are five weeks old now, and life has gotten wonderfully busy! They’re eating soaked kibble with gusto and spending their mornings and evenings romping around outside, full of energy and curiosity. Playtime has turned into joyful chaos, with lots of chasing, pouncing, and wrestling.
We’re also very proud of how quickly they’ve taken to their litter box, using it with great success for such a young age. This week has been all about growing, learning, and showing off their playful Ridgeback spirit!
Week 5
Four weeks old, and the puppies are really on the move! They’ve transitioned to soaked kibble and are absolutely loving mealtime. In between naps, they’re busy exploring new environments, venturing into the kitchen and living room to check out the big world outside their whelping box.
Personalities are blossoming, play is getting more spirited, and their curiosity grows every day. Once the weather cooperates, we’ll be introducing them to the outdoors for the very first time, an exciting next step in their adventure!
Week 4
Three weeks in, and the fun has officially begun! The puppies are getting sassy; finding their voices, testing out little growls and barks, and starting to play with each other. Their wobbly steps are turning into more confident moves, and they’re beginning to explore their surroundings with curiosity.
This week also brought their first taste of puppy mush alongside mom’s milk, and they’re already diving in with enthusiasm (and wearing just as much as they eat!). Personalities are shining through more each day, and it’s such a joy watching this lively bunch grow and learn.
Polly continues to be an amazing mom, keeping them well-fed and content. Each day brings more movement, more interaction, and more reasons to fall in love. The next few weeks are going to be full of big changes!

The puppies are two weeks old now, and the cuteness level has officially gone into overdrive! Their eyes are starting to open, giving us the first sweet glimpses of those curious little faces. They’re also attempting their first wobbly steps - adorably staggering around like tiny, tipsy explorers.
Polly continues to be an amazing mom, keeping them well-fed and content. Each day brings more movement, more interaction, and more reasons to fall in love. The next few weeks are going to be full of big changes!
Week 1
We’re thrilled to welcome 9 beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies into the world—8 handsome boys and 1 precious girl! Born on July 28th, all the pups are nursing well and thriving. Polly is being a wonderful, attentive mom, keeping everyone clean, fed, and cozy.
In their first week of life, the puppies are in the eat-sleep-repeat phase, but they’ve already stolen our hearts. We’re watching them closely as they continue to grow and gain weight each day. Eyes and ears are still closed, but we expect big changes in the coming weeks!
